Friendship Circle
At RPC, we use a concept that we call the "Friendship Circle."
This circle consists of six families who help to enhance the
inclusion of adults with disabilities into the body life of the
church. We have a number of adults attending our church who live
in the Friendship Community supervised apartments on Fulton Street
in Ephrata. Knowing that making social connections can sometimes
be challenging for adults with mental disabilities, our Friendship
Circle helps these individuals to 1) meet others at RPC, 2) learn
their way around RPC, and 3) find a place to offer their own unique
gifts to the service of Christ. Friendship Circle members are
regularly invited to participate in fellowship activities held for
the Explorers Sunday School class. The Friendship Circle has been
a real blessing to everyone involved!
